The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the subway and close to many stores and supermarkets. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially the adorable dog named Pucio. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. a great experience.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

This hotel was next to such tourist places as de angeli. It's worth staying here and exploring San Siro district.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, they were always available to answer questions. The room was well decorated, clean and quiet. The centre of Milano was well accessible by metro stop at 5 min walk.
There is no option for breakfast, but that didn't bother us.

Convenient location, close to metro and supermarket. Friendly and helpful staff, even sorted out an issue with my card. Characterful hotel with comfortable room, equipped with necessary amenities. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and pastry. Would consider staying again if in the area.

I think the best part of the hotel is the staff; they were very friendly and eager to help. They made staying there a pleasure and I was more than happy to remain there when I needed to extend my stay for another 2 nights.

The room is big enough, and it takes about 7min to the metro station and it's not faraway from the downtown, and it was quiet
The reception can't speak English, only Italin...but if you just want to live here and don't have too many requests and questions, well I think it's fine... And the Tv only has 3 or 4 channels.

The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood close to the metro makes it convenient for exploring the city. There are also several nice Trattorias nearby, offering a taste of local cuisine. The rooms are in good condition and everything works properly, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The noise from the nearby Reception desk can be quite disruptive, especially in the morning.

Very nice and helpful hotel staff. Once we got a free coffee in the morning, and other time an older gentleman (somehow belonging to the hotel staff) shared his dinner with us!:) One of the most kindest hotel staff i have ever met! Great value for money. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center by metro, but if you are out whole the day, leave in the morning and come back in the evening, the location is ok, plus there are 2 supermarkets close to the hotel. There is a shower in the room, what was a pleasant surprise for us, and there are two other shared bathrooms in the corridor, so no problem according to the hygiene..:) The room is also cleaned every day. If you are a backpacker with limited budget, staying for few days in Milan for the reason of sightseeing, I can deeply reccomend this hotel!

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They recommended us an excellent local restaurant and gave us a voucher for breakfast at a nearby café. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was just a short walk away from the metro station and there were many supermarkets and stores nearby. Additionally, the room was clean, large, and had all the basic amenities we needed. Transportation was also convenient, as the hotel had easy access to the metro and other public transportation options.
Nothing to mention.

The bed was the best I slept in on a 25 day trip, very comfortable. Had our own shower in the room, which was great. Hotel only rated 1 star but could easily be a 3 star.
